Terms of use

For Postmark: Countries Visited, made by Loopware LLC.

Last updated 5 November 2026

1. These terms and Apple’s

Postmark (“the app”) is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Loopware LLC (“we”) is responsible for the app, not Apple.

2. Your photos, your passport and your films

Your photos, your passport and the films you make are yours. Postmark does not receive your photos, so we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share the photos in it.

3. Music

The tracks in the app are for films made with Postmark, including when you post those films. You may not take a track out of the app or out of a film to use it on its own. You can export a film without sound and add music inside apps that hold their own licences, such as Instagram or TikTok; that is between you and those apps.

4. Free use and Postmark Pro

Postmark is free to download and use: the passport, its stamps and covers, the bucket list and your year in stamps are free, and every film can be exported free with a small postmark. Postmark Pro is optional. It is offered as a yearly subscription with a free trial for new subscribers, a monthly subscription, or Pro forever, a single purchase that does not expire. The price, the length of any trial and what Pro includes are shown in the app before you buy.

Billing is by Apple

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
  • If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the subscription starts.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • To bring a purchase back on a new iPhone, use You → Restore purchases.

5. The beta

Builds offered through TestFlight are pre-release versions for testing. Features in them can change or be removed, they can contain errors, and each build stops working when it expires. Purchases in a TestFlight build are not charged.

6. Maps, places and data

Postmark’s maps, films and stamps are drawn from open data, such as Natural Earth and public elevation data, and from Apple Maps; films carry the credits their sources ask for. Visitor figures come from UN Tourism, through the World Bank (CC BY 4.0). Borders follow Natural Earth and imply no position on any dispute, and places whose borders are disputed are drawn as a scene, never as an outline.

7. Links between friends

A card you send contains what you chose to put in it. Send it only to people you want to see it, and don’t use the app to send other people’s information without their permission.

8. No warranty

The app and this website are provided as they are. We work to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise that Postmark will find every trip, place every photo correctly, or be free of errors.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published here with its date before it takes effect.
